I arrived exactly on time for my visa appointment, but I was asked to go and retake my passport photos because the ones I had did not meet the requirements. When I returned shortly after, I was told I was late and could not be attended to. What made the situation worse was the attitude of the receptionist. She was very rude and dismissive, showing no willingness to listen or offer any assistance, even though the delay happened because I was following their own instructions. I stayed from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm hoping to be helped, but I was not served. It was a very unfair experience. I truly hope TLS can improve their customer service and train their staff to handle such situations with more understanding and respect.

I was also unfairly asked to pay 7 Ksh, which was not clearly explained to me. I stayed from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm hoping to be helped, but I was not served. Now, because of this, I have to go through the stress of booking another appointment, which is both time-consuming and frustrating. It was a very unfair and disappointing experience. I truly hope TLS can improve their customer service and train their staff to handle such situations with more understanding, professionalism, and respect.
